Privacy Policy

How Smart Bridge Trade handles Taskero account information, workspace data and privacy requests.

Who handles your information

Taskero at taskero.net is operated by Smart Bridge Trade. Contact taskero.net@gmail.com for privacy questions or requests. We may verify your identity and authority, but will not ask for your password. Your organisation controls the work it puts into its workspace and its members’ permissions; contact its administrator about shared business records.

Information we use

Account details include your name, email, country and organisation, plus a phone number or image if provided. Workspace content includes tasks, projects, conversations, comments and uploaded documents. Technical records, including connection addresses and authentication and security events, help us operate and protect the service. We use this information to deliver collaboration features, manage access, send requested notifications, provide support and investigate faults. Depending on the purpose and applicable law, processing rests on providing the service, consent where required, legal obligations or legitimate service-protection needs.

Google and optional integrations

Google sign-in supplies your name, email and stable Google account identifier. We use these to authenticate and link your Taskero account, not to read Gmail or Drive; we never receive your Google password. Although Google’s consent screen may mention a profile image, the current sign-in flow does not save it as your avatar. The separate, read-only Analytics reporting connection is for platform administration. Google connections can be reviewed and revoked in your Google account.

Authorised colleagues see work according to their permissions. Hosting, email and integration providers process information needed for their services. If your organisation enables the AI assistant, using it sends your request, recent conversation context, work information visible to you and member names to its configured provider, such as Anthropic or OpenAI. Taskero stores assistant requests and replies. Only submit information you are authorised to share. Providers may process data outside your country; choosing a language or country does not select a hosting location. We do not sell personal data or use Google user data for targeted advertising. Legally required disclosures remain subject to applicable law.

Browser storage and measurement

Session, security and language cookies support the service; form drafts may be stored in your browser. Public-site Google Analytics starts only after you allow it, and you may decline. To reset a stored choice, clear taskero.net site data in your browser and choose again; this may also sign you out and remove local drafts. Public visitor reports do not contain workspace content.

Retention, choices and requests

Our policy is to complete deletion of personal data covered by a confirmed account or workspace closure within 90 days, including backups, except information needed for a legal obligation or specific claim. Closure and deletion requests are handled through the contact email. Signing out or leaving a team is not a closure request; closing a member account does not automatically erase business records the organisation lawfully retains. Subject to applicable law, you may request access, a copy, correction or deletion, withdraw consent where relevant, and complain to the competent authority. We verify requests and consider other people’s rights and legal duties. Access controls and secure connections reduce risk but cannot eliminate it. Material changes to these practices will be explained through an appropriate notice and reflected here.
