Terms of Use

The rules for using Taskero, managing a workspace and sharing team content.

Updated 5 November 2026

Using Taskero

Smart Bridge Trade provides Taskero for team tasks, discussions and shared files. Use of the service is subject to these terms and applicable law. If you act for an organisation, you must have authority to do so. Questions and account-closure requests go to taskero.net@gmail.com. Our Privacy Policy explains data handling.

Accounts and responsibilities

Provide accurate account information, safeguard your sign-in methods and report unauthorised access. Workspace owners and managers administer memberships within their assigned powers. Owning a workspace does not make you a Taskero platform administrator. Google sign-in does not change your role; linking an existing account may require proof that you control it.

You retain your rights in content you submit and permit us to host, process and display it as needed to provide the service under its access controls. You and your organisation are responsible for lawful collection and sharing, including rights to uploaded files and linked resources. Do not impersonate others, upload unlawful content or malicious code, bypass permissions or tenant separation, compromise accounts or disrupt the service.

External services and AI

Third-party integrations have their own terms. Your organisation is responsible for its integration settings, API credentials and any provider charges. AI output may be incomplete or incorrect. Review it before use; it is not professional advice. A proposed task is not created until an authorised user confirms it.

Availability, closure and changes

Maintenance, abuse, security concerns or legal requirements may require us to interrupt features or restrict access, with notice where practicable and permitted. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Keep copies of important information. Any paid offering and its conditions must be disclosed before you commit; these terms alone do not subscribe you to an undisclosed paid plan.

Request closure by email. The 90-day deletion policy and its exceptions are described in the Privacy Policy; leaving a workspace does not remove your organisation’s duties or other people’s rights in shared records. Platform software and branding remain their owners’ property. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. Disputes remain subject to applicable law and the competent courts; please contact us first to seek a resolution. Changes will be dated on this page, with appropriate advance notice for material changes where required.
